FAQS

Connected Recovery™ Training is a model of therapy that supports both those with PSB (Problematic Sexual Behaviors) and Betrayal Trauma in individual and relational recovery. For more information, check out our “About the Model” page.
Recovery time varies by individual; each situation is unique. It also depends on how individuals define “recovery.” Recovery can range from 6 months (if the process is short-cut) to three to five years.
PSB differs based on the person and the relationship, depending on their morals and the relational contracts they have (outside of illegal things). Usually, these are things that are incongruent with who they are and cause them or others harm and/or disconnection.
Connected Recovery™ offers a range of training programs designed to address Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB), Betrayal Trauma, Relational Counseling, and Sex Therapy. Our programs guide individuals in discovering truth, building emotional safety, deepening connection, and healing self-sexuality.
