These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and Connected Recovery™, a corporation currently existing and located at 2600 Village Parkway, Suite 100, Highland Village, Texas, 75077. This Agreement annuls and voids all previous agreements.
This website, including the training course we’ve created for certification in Laney Knowlton’s “Connected Recovery™” training program, is owned and operated through Laney Knowlton and her respective businesses. Connected Recovery™ offers this website, course, information, tools, and services to you conditioned upon your acceptance of this agreement. By visiting this site and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are bound to the terms and conditions stated. Please read this document carefully before signing. If you do not agree to these terms, then you may not access these services.
Any updates on this website shall also be subject to these terms and conditions.The most current version of these Terms will be available on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to this Site and/or its courses, information, tools, and services.

You, the user, understand that some of the information given through this program deals with serious topics and can sometimes cause extreme emotional and/or mental distress. By agreeing to these Terms, it is understood between all parties that Laney Knowlton, Connected Recovery™, or any other business/individuals affiliated with Laney Knowlton are not responsible or liable for you. Any emotional and/or mental distress is advised to be dealt with by contacting your mental health provider, or emergency services depending on the severity of the individual’s distress. You agree to hold Laney Knowlton, Connected Recovery™, or any affiliated businesses/individuals blameless and not liable for any distress, or attorney fees if there is a charge under which you choose to take legal action. Use of this website is hereby in agreement to these terms and conditions.
Connected Recovery™ Professional Corporation is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please contact your mental health provider or emergency services in these cases.
We reserve the right to update information, correct inaccuracies and typographical errors, and change text if necessary.
SECTION 3 - REUSE OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES
You agree not to modify, alter, copy, sell, resell, replicate, distribute, trade, exploit, plagiarize, or duplicate any part of Connected Recovery™ Professional Corporation.
SECTION 4- PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that Connected Recovery™ Professional Corporation contains confidential and proprietary information and material that is protected by law. Therefore, you agree to everything as stated in Section 3. After agreeing to all terms and conditions in this document, you will be granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable personal right to observe and learn from the content provided through this Website. This does not give you the right to violate any terms and conditions listed throughout this document.
You explicitly agree that Laney Knowlton, Connected Recovery™ Professional Corporation, or any businesses/individuals affiliated will not be held liable for any damages or dissatisfaction. You explicitly agree that Laney Knowlton, and additionally Connected Recovery™ Professional Corporation, legally and rightfully own all intellectual property rights and content for Connected Recovery™ Training.
SECTION 5 - GOVERNMENT AND COURT MATTERS
To ensure the lawfulness and integrity of this business, we may disclose accessed information deemed necessary in a court of law (as requested by court order or governmental requests) as is our right.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND SALES
Payment is due upon registration for the trainings. Please send cancellation requests in writing to info@connectedrecoverytraining.com. Cancellations within 10 days of training will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
